A one-bolt embedded-nut delineator that installs and replaces in minutes. The shock-dispersing dual structure and two-tone colour scheme deliver durability and visibility together.
One-bolt embedded nut
A nut is moulded into the base. Install with a single bolt; replace a damaged post by screwing a new one into the existing nut.
Two-tone colour
High-contrast colours improve recognition and the streetscape. Region-specific colours available.
Durability
Dual structure disperses repeated impacts, reducing tearing and pull-out. Recycled TPU material.
Safety
Emits a warning sound on impact to protect pedestrians and the visually impaired.

Installation
- Set up work-zone signage and a flagger
- Mark the position; drill Ø28–30 mm, 70–80 mm deep (dry core drill or hammer drill)
- Blow out asphalt dust completely; in winter pre-heat the hole to 40–50 °C (optional, improves bonding)
- Inject epoxy — 15–16 ml for Ø28×80 mm, 21–23 ml for Ø30×80 mm (fill 80–90 %)
- Insert the bolt-and-nut assembly slowly while rotating to release air. Initial set: 20–40 min summer / 1–4 h winter; full cure 12–48 h
- To replace: hook spanner (95–105 mm) on the base groove, turn anticlockwise, screw the new post into the fixed nut
